Kazak Model 100 sharpening system - set

Professional device designed for sharpening knives of different shapes and sizes. The stable system of fixing the knife in the clamps ensures precision, and the ability to rotate the blade without removing it streamlines the whole process. Sharpening is fast, safe and does not require specialized skills.

The powder-coated steel base has been equipped with adjustable stands, which improve stability during operation. The guide made of alloy steel with a diameter of 8 mm and a roughness of 0.4 Ra is characterized by high resistance to damage. Aluminum clamps made of 7075 alloy have been additionally heat-treated, which increases their durability.

The used mechanism for quick angle adjustment works on the basis of a toothed guide rail. Turning the knob allows you to change the sharpening angle smoothly and instantly. The quick-release frame of the rotary head and the built-in hook make it possible to check the cutting edge without removing the blade. There is also an option to lock the rotary unit, which increases control over the sharpening process.

Adjusting the tilt of the entire unit in the vertical plane allows you to adjust the position to suit your individual preferences. In addition, a top hole with an M8 thread allows the installation of a light, and the design also provides space for an electronic protractor.
