The mug is fine, but when filled with boiling water, it sometimes leaks, but only when it is fully closed. There is no such problem with the other settings.

Comfortable, leakproof mug that keeps the temperature for at least 5 hours (I haven’t tried longer). Spare parts are available in the Kambukka store, so the equipment will last for a long time.

The product matches the description, I am satisfied. Good value for money. I recommend it.

The mug is made with great precision and attention to detail. It doesn’t leak, but I wouldn't recommend drinking very hot drinks – I always burn my lips. In my opinion, it could keep the heat a bit longer. It’s not bad, but I expected more.

Tested during a weekend trip to the mountains. I can confidently say it works great. My wife is happy, the mug keeps drinks warm for over 4 hours. She previously used a Contigo mug and wasn't satisfied, as the drink cooled down quickly. In reality, it looks better than in the photos. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

I'll admit honestly that I did not expect the temperature to drop so quickly after just a few hours. When preparing coffee at 11-12pm, by 5am the drink is already cold. Previously, I used the Badger Outdoor Click mug (the same model from Auchan), where I made coffee around 9pm and by 5am it was still very warm, almost hot, but you could drink it. The main problem here is the place where heat escapes – insulation is provided only by a silicone stopper or gasket. I would not recommend this product at this price. I give 2 stars for convenience.

A very solid and carefully made mug, it feels like a durable product. It keeps the temperature very well, it's very easy to clean and comfortable to use. The opening system is spot on. It’s worth checking the size, as it doesn’t fit the holder in my Renault Laguna 3. I see no flaws. It’s worth its price.

Very well made, solid closure. I make coffee in the morning and can drink it calmly on my way to work. Perfect capacity, easy to clean. I recommend it.

Excellent product, also convenient for cleaning. The lock protects against accidental spillage, better than standard mugs. Definitely worth buying.
