JB Tacticals JB-02 Emergency Radio - Green

Emergency radio integrating communication, lighting, and emergency power supply functions. Designed for use in crisis situations, it can serve as an emergency radio, torch, lamp, and power bank.

It will prove useful in field conditions, as part of survival gear or as an additional supplement to expedition equipment. The green-coloured housing facilitates effective camouflage in natural surroundings.

The device operates on AM, FM, and WB bands, and for optimum reception it is equipped with a telescopic antenna. The WB function allows reception of weather alerts and warnings of hazards. This enables users to stay informed about phenomena such as storms or floods.

The control panel is intuitively designed, providing easy access to the radio's key functions:

• frequency indicator - allows current monitoring of the set band and precise tuning of the received station
• band switch - facilitates quick changes of received frequency ranges as needed
• radio signal indicator - informs about the strength of the received signal, aiding in finding the best reception

A folding lighting module combining the functions of a torch and lamp is installed on the side of the housing. At the top is a torch with a LED providing 3 work modes: low light, strong light, and SOS signal.

When unfolded, this element with a panel of 14 LEDs functions as a lamp, ensuring even illumination of the surroundings. The design includes a lock preventing accidental folding, and operation is via a button placed on the radio's housing.

The model is equipped with a 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery. The built-in USB-C port allows charging from an external power source, such as a computer. Alternative charging is possible thanks to the integrated solar panel or hand-cranked dynamo, ensuring complete energy independence.

The device can also be powered by 3 AAA batteries, which is a practical solution in case the battery cannot be recharged.

The radio can function as a power bank for charging other electronic devices. The built-in USB port allows rapid energy transfer, making the model a practical power source in the field.
