Women's hooded jacket providing effective protection against cold, wind and light rain. The outer layer is made of Windpack nylon dense weave and coated with a Teflon layer that repels moisture. Insulation is provided by a high-quality synthetic Climashield Apex fill that protects from the cold, even when completely soaked. The insulation also features lightweight and good compression properties.
The model features two classic hip pockets, which are lined with fleece to protect hands from the cold. The zippered chest pocket is great for carrying documents or a phone. The model also has one interior pocket.
Effective protection against the wind is provided by elastic piping at the bottom of the jacket, at the cuffs and at the edge of the hood. The jacket is fastened with durable YKK zippers. On the shoulder there is a velcro panel allowing to attach any patch or emblem such as a national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
Wolfhound jacket is very lightweight and easily compressible. It can be packed into a small pouch without any danger to its properties. It will work well both as a main jacket and as an additional warming layer.
