Helikon Ratel Mk2 Backpack 25 l - Olive Green

Second generation of the Ratel model made of abrasion- and damage-resistant Cordura. The backpack consists of a large main compartment equipped with a pocket for a hydration cartridge with the possibility of routing the tube to the outside. Comfortable carrying in the hand is ensured by a wide carrying handle.

Two external pockets with appropriately arranged organisers enable stable and comfortable carrying of additional equipment (magazines, knives, maps, etc.). Specially designed back padding significantly increases the backpack's carrying comfort. All compartments are closed with a two-way YKK® zip.

The front, bottom and side walls have sewn-in pals (inch straps) of the molle webbing system (an arrangement of inch straps sewn in every inch). These allow items of urgent need equipment and items too large to fit inside to be carried on the outside of the backpack. The backpack also has D-rings (closed ‘D’ shaped eyelets) on the straps, allowing tactical equipment to be attached to the backpack.

A velcro panel on the front allows any patch or emblem to be attached, e.g. a national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches, so that you can give your backpack an individual character.

The carrying system consists of moulded, length-adjustable shoulder straps, a chest strap and a removable hip strap.

Adjustment of the outer size of the backpack to the amount of equipment carried in it is possible thanks to compensation straps closed with Woojin® buckles - two on each side. By shortening the straps, the backpack can be flattened, e.g. when the main compartment is empty and the smaller pockets are filled. This maintains the stability of the backpack and its attractive appearance.
