Overall, everything is fine, but the horizontal mounting is a bit loose and does not hold firmly to the belt. It works better when mounted vertically on a vest. I had to look for an alternative solution.

I don't understand where all the positive reviews come from. I have no complaints about the quality of workmanship. The external bag would be great if it were detachable – that would suffice. However, the internal first aid pouch contains too many unnecessary compartments and loops, which only allow you to sort a few plasters and bandages. There is so much material that it takes up half the available space instead of making room for equipment. Packing a basic kit for the shooting range (even without a tourniquet) means it doesn't fit in the outer bag.

It hasn't been packed yet, but it gives the impression of a well thought-out design. The “civil” insert probably has some limitations, but it can be placed in the cover. The old first aid kit attaches with an elastic underneath and can be used. For forest trips, it's enough to take the civil part. I recommend it, although the price is quite high ;)
