The Matilda backpack from the Bushcraft Line series is the result of a collaboration between Helikon and SurvivalTech, designed for survival enthusiasts and long outdoor expeditions. With a 50-liter capacity, it allows for the convenient carrying of essential equipment for multi-day adventures. Its durable construction and well-thought-out space organization system make it a reliable companion for any adventure.

The backpack is made from proven, durable materials such as 500D Cordura and 210D nylon, ensuring resistance to mechanical damage and harsh weather conditions. The main compartment and external pockets are secured with flaps, under which adjustable drawstring collars are located. This design effectively protects the contents from dirt, moisture, and accidental loss of gear.

The backpack is designed for maximum functionality, featuring a MOLLE/PALS webbing system on the hip belt, sides, front, and inside the main compartment. This allows for the convenient attachment of additional pouches and accessories, enabling customization of the backpack configuration to individual needs. Side straps allow for the attachment of a sleeping pad or tent, while four straps at the bottom enable the secure fastening of a sleeping bag or jacket using straps or paracord.

Comfortable carrying is ensured by an ergonomic carrying system, consisting of a back panel reinforced with a plastic plate and an aluminum frame. The system is complemented by cushioning pads covered with breathable mesh, improving air circulation and increasing comfort during long hikes. The body-contoured wide shoulder straps and the adjustable hip belt with a detachable option evenly distribute the weight of the equipment, significantly reducing strain on the back.

The Matilda model includes many well-thought-out details that enhance its functionality. Inside the main compartment, there are MOLLE straps and a strap for hanging a hydration bladder, with hydration tube exits located on both sides of the backpack. The flap, secured with two sturdy buckles, is equipped with an elastic trim and a zippered pocket, with an additional mesh compartment inside, also secured with a zipper. Three front pockets, metal drainage holes at the bottom, and pass-through slots for safely carrying an axe or knife further contribute to the backpack’s practicality.

With high-quality craftsmanship, the use of YKK zippers, and ergonomic solutions, the Matilda backpack meets the expectations of even the most demanding users. Additional conveniences, such as side compression straps, a transport handle, a Velcro panel (9 x 5 cm), and adjustable shoulder straps with a sternum strap and quick-release buckles, make it an ideal choice for both long expeditions and everyday outdoor use.
