The Guardian vest is a solid and interestingly made product. At this price, it offers really good quality, although I noticed a few minor flaws. The biggest drawback with my piece is a cracked buckle on the placard mount (the one hidden under the material and sewn to the vest). Unfortunately, I don’t know whether it can be easily replaced or swapped, but overall I am satisfied with the vest.

Modular tactical vest made from durable and abrasion-resistant Cordura. The set includes a Plate Carrier vest, Guardian Cummerband side straps and Guardian Flap front panel. The modular design allows for the addition of extra accessories and customisation to meet the individual needs of the user. It finds application in the military and other services, as well as among experienced airsoft players.
The vest is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system and ballistic plates measuring 320 x 245 mm.
Pockets located on the front and back of the vest are intended for ballistic plates. Elastic material facilitates the insertion and removal of plates and ensures their stable carriage.
The Guardian Cummerband side straps and the Guardian Flap front panel are equipped with MOLLE straps, allowing attachment of necessary gear. The front panel also features a pocket with elastic bungee cords for three AK/AR magazines. Under the panel, there is an internal pocket for additional equipment. At the top, there is a carrying handle and loops for cable attachment.
The vest is compatible with products from the Guardian and Competition series, equipped with MOLLE straps.

For years I have chosen Helikon's products and intend to continue – they are well thought out. It's just a shame that you can't order a black set in the Law Enforcement configuration; I had to buy two items separately. The velcro is solid, although a quick-release system for putting the vest on and taking it off would be useful. I’m lowering my rating by one star because, at this price, I think such a solution should already be included in the set. In this configuration, we exceed 1,000 PLN for a set of Cordura with velcro, which in my opinion is already excessive.

The vest is solidly made and can be easily adjusted to the user. The MOLLE on the vest and belt allows for a wide range of pouches and other accessories to be configured. It easily fits SAPI M inserts, as well as slightly larger ones. Important note: Magazines for ASG AK-47/AK-74 replicas (7.62×39 and 5.45×39) do not fit into the pouches on the Guardian flap, as their protruding 'tooth' prevents the magazine from sliding in.

After unpacking the vest and assembling its parts, I took it for the TC3 training where it underwent intense testing. I was dragged in it by the evacuation handle, both on concrete, on the ground, and through the forest, yet the vest does not show any significant signs of use. For its price, it offers outstanding quality.

The Helikon plate is a smart choice when you look at the price to quality ratio. In terms of fabric and finish, it’s on par with the best brands and definitely outperforms all cheaper Chinese alternatives. It may not be top of the range, but it matches the top models.
