Great fleece from Helikon – very comfortable, stretchy and fits the body well. Made from a durable, breathable material that perfectly protects the neck from the cold and is very warm in itself. The colour looks excellent. I ordered both the black and olive versions. I am 183 cm tall and weigh 75 kg – size M was a bit too short, while L fits perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Really impressed with the Helikon-Tex Alpha Tactical Fleece overall. The material feels high quality, warm, and comfortable without being too heavy, making it great for layering or wearing on its own in cooler weather. The design is practical and well thought out, with useful pockets and a solid build. The fit does feel slightly smaller than the size chart suggests, although that may just be due to the more athletic cut of the fleece. It’s not a major issue as it’ll be used more of a mid layer, but something to keep in mind if you prefer a looser fit. Overall, still a great piece of kit and I’m very happy with it.

I believe the sweatshirt is excellent – very comfortable and breathable, which makes it perfect as a mid-layer. This is thanks to the structure of the material, which in my opinion is its main advantage. There are plenty of pockets, which is no surprise as it's a Helikon product. Great sweatshirt! In reality, it's thin, but despite that, it provides plenty of warmth. For such a thin material, it really protects well against the cold. I am 182 cm tall and weigh 86 kg, size M fits perfectly! The sweatshirt fits well – not too loose and not too tight, just perfect. I feel that if there is a promotion, I will be tempted to get another colour :-)!

Size M in the black version fits very well on a person who is 172 cm tall and weighs 82 kg; in fact, it is a bit too snug. The sweatshirt is quite tight, especially under the arms and on the shoulders. Apart from these minor inconveniences, it looks great. However, I am wondering why the identical hoodie is cut more loosely. Despite this, I am very satisfied and recommend the purchase. For the slight discomfort, I give it 4/5.

My opinion concerns the Helikon-Tex Alpha Tactical fleece in Navy Blue. I have an issue with the sizing – at 190 cm tall and weighing 86 kg, I usually wear size L (especially for sweatshirts, jackets, T-shirts). However, this fleece is oddly tailored – very tight in the shoulders, snug under the arms, and the sleeves are not only tight-fitting but also about 5 cm too short. On the other hand, there’s so much room at the waist that I could easily fit a basketball there. Changing to XL is not an option, as there would be even more looseness at the waist. I don’t know if I simply got a faulty piece or if this model is just made this way. I have another sweatshirt from this brand and size L fits perfectly, with a little extra length. So it seems that sizing at Helikon depends on the model. I think that if someone manages to get the right size, they’ll be satisfied, because the build quality is, as always, very good. Unfortunately, this model is not for me – I have to return it.

Very functional fleece, relatively thin, but keeps you warm perfectly and is well made, although for me personally it sits a bit too close under the armpits. Other than that, everything is fine. The sizing is more consistent with most of my clothes. I also have a Helikon Patriot fleece and the sizes there are bigger – I usually wear L, but had to buy M. With Alfa Taktical, size L fits perfectly (M was too tight).

I haven't worn this fleece by itself yet because its just cold all of the time at the moment but I have worn it as a second layer and for this so far it has functioned really well. I think in the warmer months it will be very comfortable because its extremely comfortable. Quality is great and I think it looks really good also so a big thumbs up from me.

I chose size M in coyote colour at a height of 176 cm and weight of 78 kg. It fits perfectly. The fleece was purchased as an additional layer under a hardshell jacket and fulfils its role excellently. It has a more tailored cut than standard military fleeces. The velcro on the shoulders is soft and doesn’t make any noise. The collar does not press on the neck. The sleeves have elastics, which means they don’t snag under the jacket. It looks great, is comfortable, and does not restrict movement. I am very satisfied and can recommend it with confidence.
