Fjord Nansen Hamar MID SBS Sapphire Sleeping Bag 1464 g - left

Sleeping bag with an ergonomic mummy shape, providing thermal comfort up to 4 degrees C for women (T-comfort) and - 1 degree C for men (T-limit).

The Hamar MID model was filled with synthetic EKO LOFT hollowfiber, which combines different fiber diameters, providing very good thermal insulation and high elasticity. The fibers are permeable to water vapor, which allows to maintain the right microclimate inside the sleeping bag. On the outside of the sleeping bag, 210T polyester reinforced with Rip-Stop weave was used, which made the material even more durable. The interior is lined with polycotton t/c 96/90 fabric.

The sleeping bag is equipped with an adjustable 3D hood to protect the head from heat loss. A two-way SBS-branded zipper has been placed on the left side and allows unzipping from both the top and bottom. On the inside, the zipper is lined with an additional thermal strip and wide Anti-Bite tapes, which protect the material from notch. Inside the sleeping bag there is a useful pocket for valuable small items.

An additional layer of insulation has been sewn into the footwell, allowing to stay warm while sleeping. The zipper trim has been filled with down, which provides thermal comfort and prevents the cold from getting in.

A drawstring at the top helps further secure the wearer on colder nights. Loops provide the possibility to install a liner, so that the liner does not slip out when leaving the sleeping bag.

A footbox in the form of a bottom puller allows for easy unzipping and air circulation. Duo double rubber straps allow you to freely loosen the elastic pullers without leaving the sleeping bag. Inside there is a useful pocket for valuable small items.

A compression pouch is included, which makes it easy to carry the sleeping bag efficiently.

The most important indicators, with which the limits and temperature ranges of sleeping bags are described, as a rule, are marked with values:
- T-max - the maximum temperature at which an average-built man is able to sleep through the night without sweating excessively or waking up due to heat,
- T-comfort - the lowest temperature at which the average woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit - the lowest temperature at which the average man can sleep through the night.
