EverActive NC-1000M Charger

Universal four-channel charger, designed for charging, refreshing and discharging R03 AAA / R6 AA rechargeable batteries made in Ni-MH / Ni-CD technology . Thanks to an intelligent system, it automatically recognises the charge level of the batteries, selects the optimum charging current and detects unsuitable batteries or incorrect polarity. The open design facilitates heat dissipation and cell removal.

A precise algorithm independently adjusts the charging process to the energy level of the battery and automatically terminates charging when the battery is fully charged. The charger is equipped with a safety system to protect against overheating, as well as functions to recognise defective batteries or batteries that are not suitable for charging.

The casing is made of robust plastic, which is resistant to mechanical damage. The device can be powered via car or wall adapters with a USB port. The top of the charger features an easy-to-read LCD display and buttons for selecting charging preferences, allowing the process to be easily monitored.

• Charge mode (Charge) - batteries are charged to full capacity with a fixed charge current.
• Discharge mode (Discharge) - eliminates the memory and ‘lazy battery’ effect by discharging the cells to 0.9 volts.
• Refresh mode (Cycle) - consists of several charge and discharge cycles to maximise the capacity of batteries that have not been used for a long time. This mode is also used to form new cells, test their actual capacity and reduce the memory effect. The refreshing process can take several days and, when completed, the LCD display shows the maximum capacity of the battery.
• Test mode (Test) - allows the nominal capacity of the batteries to be checked through a cycle of charge, discharge and recharge. At the end of the process, the LCD display gives the measured capacity of the cell.
