Durable training hooks used for relieving hand strain during training such as deadlift. They are made of durable polyester fabric, steel and EVA foam.
The handles also allow you to apply more weight, reducing the risk of dropping the barbell. The universal design also makes it easy to perform overhead lift or pull-up bar exercises. Smooth adjustment with Velcro allows to optimally adjust the length of the hooks to your preferences.
Fasteners on the inside feature soft foam to prevent chafing. The hardened steel hooks are covered with non-slip rubber, preventing slipping on the barbell or bar.
