It isn't too big, but it's very well made – durable and strong. Thanks to the molle straps, you can easily attach it to your backpack anywhere. In my opinion, it's the best option for storing basic first aid kit items that you need to have at hand at all times.
Brandit Molle First Aid Pouch Premium - Arid MC Camo
Tactical first aid kit in Arid MC Camo, made from durable and abrasion-resistant 600D polyester. The first aid kit is perfect for outdoor trips, camping, tactical training, and everyday use as part of the gear in a backpack or vehicle.
Spacious compartment, side pockets
Inside the first aid kit, there is a roomy compartment with an additional separating pocket and 13 elastic bands that allow you to organize items. This solution also prevents contents from falling out upon opening. In the side sections of the first aid kit, there are two open pockets for additional accessories.
Zip closure
The main fastening is a two-way zip closure with large straps that allow operation even in gloves. The zip allows for full opening of the pouch and quick access to the contents.
Velcro panel
On the front part, there is a velcro panel which allows attachment of any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches.
MOLLE straps, handle
On the front of the pouch, there is a panel with MOLLE straps which allows attaching accoutrement elements or securing a torch or tactical pen. At the back of the first aid kit, there are three rows of mounting straps in the MOLLE/PALS system, allowing it to be attached to a belt, vest, or backpack. At the top of the first aid kit, there is a handle for hand carrying.
Set elements
The set includes two emblems with a medical cross with the first aid kit.
The first aid kit is delivered without equipment.
Arid MC Camo camouflage
Arid MC Camo is modeled on the versatile MultiCam camouflage, which works particularly well among dry vegetation, on steppes and in semi-desert terrain.

I can confidently recommend this product as the best choice in this price range. I've had both cheap and very expensive first aid kits before, but this one is really worth its price. As an everyday first aid kit it may be a bit too big, but for the car, for the mountains or for military use, it's perfect. It's spacious and solid, and the zips at this price work very well – they aren’t perfect, but do the job.

The first aid kit has been made with great care – I didn't find any loose threads or other flaws. Despite appearances, the internal compartments allow you to pack many useful things. I also appreciate the well-designed arrangement of the pockets.

The product matches the description. The first aid kit is surprisingly spacious and convenient to use. Thanks to the handy grip, it can be opened quickly in one movement.

The initial price may seem a bit high, but after the reduction it is more attractive. Well made, despite its small size it will hold almost a complete medium first aid kit, such as those from Vera. It will be useful at home, when travelling, or attached to a backpack - it's worth having it on hand.

I searched for a long time for a first aid kit that would meet my requirements. I looked through offers from various companies, including Helikon’s wide range, but eventually I decided on the Brandit model and I’m very pleased with it. I particularly like the way it opens – the kit opens with one move, and all the internal items are clearly arranged and securely fastened with elastic bands. There’s no need to hunt for things in a bag that’s too tight or worry about moving equipment. Everything is in its place. Additionally, you can remove the cross symbol, then the kit becomes a practical unmarked container. The MOLLE on the front may not be essential, but it’s a detail you can overlook. A big plus are two side pockets made of elastic mesh – they increase its usefulness without adding weight. I definitely recommend it!

The first aid kit shows good quality. It is compact, but fits the most important items such as cotton wool, a small bottle of spirit, some medicines, bandages and plasters.

Functional medical bag with plenty of space and well-designed compartments. The front panel can be easily folded and fastened with Velcro, so you don't have to remove it from its mounting – this provides quick access to the interior, where there is also room for a tourniquet and tools.
