Brandit m65 giant jacket. First impressions were the let down in yhe length of time it Took for the jacket To arrive. Was sold as 48 hours through royal mail. That was a lie. I waited five days with no return contact from customer support when trying to chase the item up. Guys just be honest about package delivery people will really appreciate it if you're up front. It shows a degree of respect. Right the jacket. I already own a brandit field jacket and thought id upgrade as its an awesome bit of kit. So when my new jacket finally came..... What a let down. I was expecting something a bit more well made. Firstly the material is cotton and therefore not water resistant, unlike my other jacket, its quite thready, unlike my other jacket, it just doesn't feel as reliable to withstand certain weathers or terrains, unlike my other jacket. However, what it does do is look coooool! I put it on and i was like struttin me stuff. Visions of an over the hill Rambo came into mind with a rusty pen knife and dodgy knees. I was on the cusp of returning the jacket and had begun the returns process but i just couldn't the thing go. And this is the thing. Its nowhere near as practical as my other jacket and im pretty certain the fabric will rip when out in the woods, and then the pockets really arent the best either. But...... It looks cool and for a jacket with bobble fleecy bits in it it is actually warmer than my field jacket which is surprisingly nice. So basically i am wearing it all the time and loving it against my better judgement. But it does look cool.
Brandit M65 Giant Jacket - Swedish Camo
All-season jacket in Swedish Camo camouflage, inspired by the classic American M65 design, valued for its durability and practicality. Made from a blend of cotton and polyester, it features a detachable insulated liner, a hood hidden in the collar, and four functional pockets. The outer cotton fabric has been pre-washed to give the jacket a distinctive vintage look.
The iconic M65 cut has appeared many times in movies and TV shows – worn by Sylvester Stallone in "Rambo", Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver", and Bronisław Cieślak in the series "07 Come In".
Durable materials, warming liner
The outer layer is made of 100% cotton, factory-washed for a worn effect. Inside, there's a detachable polyester liner, attached with a zipper. The inner side features terry fabric, which enhances thermal comfort and wearing convenience. Buttons at the neck and sleeves hold the liner securely in place, preventing it from shifting and ensuring full freedom of movement.
4 large pockets
The M65 Giant model includes four roomy snap-button pockets:
- two chest pockets
- two hip pockets
They offer convenient storage for all your essentials.
Retractable hood, shoulder epaulets
The hood concealed in the high collar allows for quick adjustment to changing weather conditions. Epaulettes on the shoulders highlight the military character of the jacket.
Wind and cold protection trim, adjustable cuffs
The main zipper is covered by a snap-fastened wind flap, which improves insulation and protects the zipper mechanism from dirt. Velcro-adjustable cuffs and drawstrings at the waist and hem help fit the jacket to the body and enhance protection from cold and wind.

Camouflage Swedish Camo
Swedish Camo, also known as M90 Splinter Camo or Lorhagen, is a distinctive camouflage pattern developed for the uniform system 90 used by the Swedish Armed Forces. The pattern was introduced in the late 1980s and completely adapted to the needs of the army in the second half of the 1990s. It is distinguished by its distinct geometric shapes that create an effective camouflage pattern in areas with moderate forest cover, low vegetation and the open Swedish plains. The camouflage was designed to operate effectively over long distances - for example, in the forest, where visibility between opponents can extend up to a kilometer.

A solid and truly functional jacket that immediately gives a sense of protection and reliability. It holds warmth well, shields against the wind, and allows you to wear several layers underneath without any problems. The fit is secure and doesn't restrict movement even during high levels of activity. The material is dense and looks durable, built for tough daily use. When wearing it, you get a clear impression of a substantial item made to last not just for a season, but for years.

The jacket is comfortable and fits perfectly. This brand has always worked well for me, and this model has never disappointed. It is durable, warm, and looks great! I encourage you to try it yourself. I regularly recommend it to friends and have bought it several times as a gift for loved ones. In my opinion, everyone should have something from Brandit in their collection!

I've worn it in various weather, and every time I find myself thinking how comfortable and calm it feels. It gives a sense of protection, as if you don’t have to mind the wind or cold and can go about your business with peace. It doesn’t get in the way when moving, fits securely, and doesn’t feel heavy. With time, you start to value it for its reliability and practicality, without any unnecessary fuss. Overall, it’s something that quietly becomes a favourite because it genuinely adds confidence and comfort to your everyday life.

Wow! Back in the late 1960's as an apprentice in the Royal Air Force, I had an original M65 obtained from who knew where, but no lining and I wore it almost to death. I have no idea what happened to it but I have a feeling that someone else is still enjoying it. All I can say is that it was nowhere near the quality of this Brandit version. I am a 42-44 chest, 5' 10" tall and weigh about 81Kg. I bought the Large size after much reading of reviews and it is a perfect fit with the sumptuous lining in place with no room for draughts or anything more than a fleece top. This is most definitely only to be worn with the lining in on the coldest of days; it is just below 0°C today (but with the light wind it feels like -5°C) and after chopping some logs for the stove, I almost have a sweat on. The build quality is excellent and way better than I was expecting and it already looks like I have worn it half my life. Brilliant bit of kit and highly recommended. The only tiny niggle is that the canvas pull is missing from the lining zipper on one side, but in all honesty I shall probably cut off a length of the drawstring at the waist (which is very generous) and use that.

The perfect jacket. Quality, material, execution. Delivery was very fast. The size matches the size chart 100%. I hesitated for a long time between L and XL, ordered L and did not make a mistake. For my height of 182 cm, chest circumference of 110 cm and weight of 94 kg, it's just right. I tried it on with a jumper and hoodie, fits like a glove, no discomfort. Without a lining, it's a bit loose. Very warm, at 0 degrees I only wear a longsleeve underneath and feel as warm as in an oven. I'm already planning to order a black one for variety. Thank you very much, Military.eu!

Unfortunately, Brandit jackets are becoming worse in terms of quality. I wore my first one for 5 years, but the second already looked very worn after just two years. I even worry whether the third will last until spring, as it already came from the factory with a hole in the pocket—the stitching had come away from the fabric. At first, the jacket is great: warm, comfortable, practical, and looks very nice. Unfortunately, it starts to deteriorate very quickly, which at first gives it a bit of charm, but later makes it unusable. I probably won’t buy another one from this company.

I recommend this jacket – it is comfortable, warm, practical, has many well-placed pockets, is made from good materials, and thanks to the lining, it can be adjusted for autumn and winter.
-
The jacket is extremely warm and comfortable. It has plenty of pockets, so you often don't need to take a backpack – your wallet, documents or other items, even larger ones, will easily fit in the jacket.
-
The classic M65 jacket that everyone knows. It is very comfortable, excellently made, extremely practical and allows you to store plenty of things in it.
-
Timeless design. A high-quality product, perfect for the transitional season. It goes well with both jeans and various tactical trousers, as well as matching footwear (e.g. trainers, military boots such as berets), but it also suits classic trousers and elegant shoes.
-
It is much warmer and heavier than I expected. I usually wear size M, but I chose S and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are quite long, but it doesn't bother me. Fast delivery – the package from Poland to the UK arrived very quickly. The price was lower than on other sites for an identical product.
-
The jacket is exceptionally warm, and the materials used are of high quality. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. It's worth paying attention to the size chart – with a height of 178 cm, weight of 101 kg and chest circumference of 116 cm, size L fits perfectly.
-
Very good jacket with a lining, provides warmth and even heat in very low temperatures. This jacket is not only iconic, but in my opinion also the most attractive among Brandit's range. Regardless of whether you like it or not, it fits great and is comfortable to wear.

Great jacket! I have no complaints about the seller! Everything is very comfortable!!! However, there could be more quality control for the brand... the lining arrived with a twisted sleeve (I managed to fix it myself).
