Borniak Smoking chips 5 x 2 l - Hickory

High-quality smoking chips made of pecan wood, carefully dried to a moisture content of 13%. Subjected to a special technological process, so they were fully dusted and ready for use.

The smoke from the burned wood chips penetrates the product, giving it the color, aroma and flavor specific to the species of wood used. The use of pecan chips makes it possible to bring out the specific brown color of the smoked product and the exotic aroma, which penetrates deep into the food.

The size of the wood chips ranges from 0.5 to 3 mm and is suitable for smoking all types of meat and fish.

Approximate smoking time for a 2 l package is 8 hours.

The parameters of the products were confirmed by HACCP certification.
