I wore the 8" boots, but I don't think there's much difference. Above all, boots of this quality for this price are almost a revelation. I was a professional soldier (platoon security commander), so the boots were used both for garrison duty and on training grounds. Wearing the boots for even a dozen or so hours a day was not a problem. I must add that, in my opinion, there are no boots in which, after several hours on your feet without taking them off, you would feel as comfortable as a baby. But here, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. I should also say that I didn't use any fancy waterproofing products for the boots, they were maintained with ordinary polish, and they handled it very well. Very good cushioning, comfortable lacing... I wore the boots almost continuously for three or four years(!) and they were really very durable. I RECOMMEND THESE BOOTS!

Performance Denier is a type of polyester fabric with specially designed fibers of a specific denier (a measure of the thickness of textile fibers). The specific construction of the fabric provides lightness, strength and high breathability, so it is widely used in the production of technical clothing and footwear, proving itself in demanding off-road conditions.
TacTraction is a lightweight, contoured outsole made of durable non-slip rubber that is abrasion and oil- and acid-resistant. The special tread design using flexible channels provides very good grip and stability on varied surfaces.
