I have bought this preserve several times already; I realise that this taste won't suit everyone, but for me it's really delicious. The preserve is solid, large, and perfect for long-term storage in the pantry for harder times.

Unique, delicious military taste – you can eat it cold (I actually prefer it that way) or hot. The large can was enough for three people. I recommend it to everyone!

The cold contents of the can didn't appeal to me, but after heating it was excellent. I added a very spicy sauce starting with the letter T and received a brilliant goulash, perfect for Hungarian-style potato cakes. That's why I ordered another can and this Saturday I intend to enjoy this dish again.

The preserve is very good and the packaging is sturdy – there’s no problem transporting it. The only problem is deciding whether it tastes better cold or hot. The ingredients are also excellent. The large can is just right for two people on a trip.

Good canned food. Portion suitable for three people. The taste reminds me of the one from military rations 23 years ago. Highly recommend.

This is a typical military meat preserve known as "Małpa". The beef is juicy and well-seasoned – it tastes great both cold and hot. During my military service I used to eat it with lard, but the taste has remained the same over the years. The can doesn't have an opener, so opening it is harder, but thanks to that you can store it much longer than the best-before date would suggest. Recommended.

I have a few of these supplies at home. They are great for long-term storage or for camping, hiking or trekking. Just heat it over a campfire and you're good to go!

The can I received has a self-opener, although it wasn't shown in the photo – for me that's a plus, though traditionally they should be opened with a bayonet or a mess kit opener. As for the meat – I feel that the 'monkey' I ate 30 years ago in the army was made of beef. I recommend it!
