The expedition breakfast is a filling meal that consists of oatmeal, apples, sultanas, roasted nuts and milk. Adventure Food's products retain the full flavour and visual appeal to match a traditionally cooked meal.

The dish has been freeze-dried, so it has a long shelf life and is lightweight, so it won't add extra weight to your luggage.  

Ingredients: oat flakes (28%), milk powder, hazelnuts (10%), sultanas (10%), wheat flakes, sugar, apples (6%), sunflower oil, glucose syrup, salt, preservative (E220).

Method of preparation: Open the bag at the top and unfold the bottom part, removing the oxygen absorber. Pour hot water up to the designated level. Stir the contents thoroughly. Close the bag with the zip and set aside for 8 minutes. Stir again. Consume directly from the bag.
