Very well made jacket. Good quality material and well put together. Problems: Be careful of the size chart. I got the "L" size as it claimed this had a chest size of 132cm (i.e. 52 inches). My chest size is 46 inches so should have had plenty of room but instead is only just big enough. It is OK so I am not returning but had I known I would have gone for "XL".

Great jacket, very comfortable, great fit, very warm, slim fit good for moving around in quickly doesnt get in the way, pockets are good easily accessible for small items quick to hand, great in the rain keeps me dry and warm, neck good for keeping wind off neck and head... 10/10

I reckon that this is the best M65 you can get mainly because it has the original storm cuffs which the Proper version does not have. I am wearing mine all the time.

This is an extremely light weight jacket. When you hold it, it weighs much less than expected. I think that's because the shell material is so thin, as it certainly wouldn't stand up to any abuse. You need to be very careful you don't rub it against anything sharp or abrasive, as it'll probably tear easily. Having said that, as a warm liner jacket or fleece alternative, this is ideal. Despite being so lightweight, it feels pretty warm. The four zipped pockets are useful for storing things securely. A medium fitted my 41" chest well and the jacket fitted nicely under a medium Helikon Blizzard shell.

I like this jacket a lot. The Medium fits my 41" chest well and the cut is quite neat and form fitting. It has a wate resistant outer shell and the inner is made of thin fleece, so it's quite cosy. The zipped hip pockets are a good size, easily taking a big phone with room to spare and the chest and sleeve pockets are useful too. The sleeves are quite long, so won't ride up when you raise your arms. All in all, a very decent jacket.

This is a very decent jacket at a very reasonable price. It feels relatively heavy, but that's a plus as it just seems more solid and robust than lightweight jackets. Walking through bushes and branches won't have any impact on this jacket. It has a lot of useful pockets, with foour on the chest and two on the sleeves, along with the large kangaroo hip pocket. The waist and hem can be tightened to give a good fit. Ventilation comes from the deep neck zip and also underarm pit zips, which is useful for warmer days or walking uphill. The hood also fits well, is adjustable and gives good protection from wind and rain. As usual with Helikon, you get a lot for your money. The quality is at least as good as name brands, often better, but the cost is so much lower.

Really nice Jacket well made and comfortable, more so than my Eastman. No problem with delivery to the UK just takes a bit longer but all tracked. I will definitely use this site again.

I’m 176 cm, 85 kg, with a 40-inch chest, and size M fits perfectly, I even have a bit of room for an extra layer. I haven’t fully tested it yet, but it already feels better than the Helikon Gunfighter which is made in China btw, on the other hand M-Tac is made in Ukraine, if I’m not mistaken. The fleece is also slightly thicker than that of the Gunfighter, making it a bit warmer - ideal for early spring or autumn. Considering it’s half the price of the Gunfighter but seems better quality, it’s a no-brainer for me.
