This is almost perfect as a 10L pack. It's well made, of robust material, and there are a couple of very useful expansion possibilities. There are two mesh pockets hidden in the sides, which you can pull out and fill with a water bottle, food, gloves or whatever. In the base is hidden a stretchy flap that fixes to the back of the rucksack. This is very useful for carrying bulkier items, such as a jacket or even a helmet. There's also a couple of open carry points on the sides, which could maybe work for an axe or something similar. There's even straps on the sides to fix things to the rucksack. The only downside, which I really don't like, is that there's no zipped pocket or even key ring loop inside the pack. Other than that, this pack is excellent.

This is a high quality pack for the money. I already have the 30L version, so know that Wisport make good packs. I wanted something smaller for added flexibility and this 16L model is good for the smallest airline carry-on and easy day hikes. The material is very robust and won't tear easily. There's a small flat zipped pocket on the front for documents or whatever, and the single main compartment is a nice rectangular shape for easy packing. I added two luggage straps to the attachments at the top, in case I need to carry a jacket or whatever, and there's another two attachment point on the bottom. The sides have straps for carrying things, or you can use the molle for adding pouches. The detachable shoulder straps seem odd to me, but I think it's because you can fix this pack to bigger Wisport rucksacks. There's no waistbelt, but you don't need one for a small pack like this. The chest strap is really long, so I'm going to cut that down to something sensible. A very decent small pack.

Awesome pack, well made and thought out. It feels very sturdy and durable. I like the fit of the pack and the frame also, it feels like it will last for years to come

This is definitely a very well made rucksack. I also bought the metal insert to stiffen the back, as I planned to use it on a multi-day hike, so wanted to maximise support. The materials used are of good quality and it feels like it'll withstand a lot of abuse. I like all the pockets and storage options inside and the molle attachments are also very useful if you need more capacity. I used this recently on a 6-day hike in France, where the rucksack was stuffed completely full and I also used four molle pouches on the outside. The molle was rock solid. However, I don't this this was the best pack for a multi-day hike with a heavy load, as it hurt my shoulders and the waistband doesn't transfer load to the hips. I take off a star for that. Size-wise, it's good for airline cabin baggage, even with added molle pouches, so that's very useful. There are also attachement straps on the outside, if you want to add clothing, a mat, a tent or whatever. I'm very pleased with this rucksack and will be using it for travel and day hikes. I liked it so much that I bough the equally well made Sparrow 16 to give me extra flexibility.

This is a very high quality rucksack. Not to be confused for the cheap knock off versions… this is on par with the quality of the maxpedition gear. Stitching is all very robust and a nice feel to all the materials. I recommend this highly for anyone looking for a small daypack/ range bag.

I hunted all over the internet to find this at the best price, and found it here. It's not lightweight, but it's only 25l, with well-padded straps and hip belt. The interior features excellent organisational details, the zipper opening is great and gives easy access to everything, the whole thing sits wonderfully and the molle gives a ton of options for customisation. I've got my water bottle holder on the strap, another for my gf on the back, phone pouch on the hip, and the whole thing is super comfy and well thought out. If you want something small but strongly built with good padding for heavy loads and plenty of attachment options, this is good for you. But if you're looking to do longer hikes, something lightweight and less military-styled would probably be better.
