XRG M1500 Zoom Rechargeable Flashlight - 1800 lumens

Unfortunately, the flashlight arrived without a carrying strap. The specified 1800 lumens are not achieved with the included battery... for that, you would need a cell with a higher discharge current or have to charge it via USB during operation. I'm not sure exactly how the electronics work in this case, but full brightness is definitely not reached this way. After a short use, the lamp automatically dims down, even though the battery is fully charged. It's noticeable that the brightness fluctuates slightly during operation—sometimes brighter, sometimes dimmer. You hardly notice this in the lower modes, but it's quite noticeable in the higher ones. Presumably, the electronics mistakenly detect a low battery status due to brief voltage drops under high load. That's a shame, because the product itself is high-quality and comfortable to use.

The flashlight was often used for inspections. After some time, USB charging stopped working, the O-ring was damaged during frequent zoom changes, and then the on-off button began to jam and stayed on. The first recommendation is to replace the battery. On the plus side: variable zoom, magnet, and map reading mode. Generally recommend for camping and bivouacking.

The flashlight is really fine, the price matches the quality, everything works flawlessly. However, do not be influenced by the opinion to buy a 26650 battery – it is too big, I think the 26500 model will fit better.

The beam of light and the number of lighting modes are sufficient, but 5 hours of charging the battery for 20 minutes of operation at the highest power is a big problem. I don't know if the battery is defective, because the flashlight is new and this was the first time I charged it.

Perfect flashlight for EDC. It has a good weight-to-size ratio for the offered power. Made aesthetically and precisely, all elements are well-matched, with thoughtful solutions. A lot of mode choices and overheat protection provide usability and convenience.

The flashlight works flawlessly, as for the maximum power lighting time, it lasted 1h10min for me. It's worth knowing that you can power it with a 26650 cell – the 18650 battery is in a plastic adapter. After purchasing a 26650 cell from Litokala, the flashlight operates for 3 hours at full power. Overall, I rate the device positively, but I was surprised to find visible fingerprints on the inner side of the lens that cannot be removed because the lens is glued – this should not happen with a new product.

Great flashlight at a reasonable price. Compared to the XRG RX80 model, which I used before, this one is much better. Regarding the battery, you can always replace it with a better one, but the one included also does the job. I recommend it, it's really worth it.

I was convinced to buy it by the strong light at a good price. Right after the first use, I tested the battery's durability, since there was no description about it. At maximum power, the flashlight shines for about 30 minutes, although after 6 minutes it became very hot and I had to stop the test – during this time it used around 20% of its energy. In medium mode after half an hour it lost 25% of its energy, so you can assume that it takes about 2 hours of shining for a full discharge. The flashlight itself is light and comfortable, the sliding light regulator is quite stiff, so accidental change of settings is not a risk. The handle has a strong magnet, which is a big plus. The only downside is the included lanyard – it was too small for an adult, so I replaced it immediately.
