Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition K&T Mk.2 Elite Knife Sharpening Set

A set of electronic sharpener for knives and tools, including an attachment and a cartridge with a 65-degree guide for sharpening scissors. The model was developed in collaboration between the Work Sharp brand and renowned knife expert Ken Onion. The goal of the project was to create a versatile sharpening platform with expanded capabilities and maximum precision.

The state-of-the-art angle guide allows precise adjustment of the cutting angle in 0.5 degree increments , with a range of 15 to 30 degrees. Soft leather lining prevents accidental scratching of the blade. An electronic speed control system with 7-step power adjustment and LED display provides full control over the sharpening process.

The set includes Norton 3/4“ x 12” grinding belts that conform to the shape of the blade for accurate and even sharpening:

• X65 Coarse, X22 Medium - for initial grinding
• X4 Fine, 6000 Extra-Fine - for polishing edges and obtaining a mirror finish

The attachment makes maximum use of the electronic sharpener's capabilities, allowing additional grinding, blade profile changing and polishing. Grinding belt tension is controlled through a system of 4 rollers, adjustable from 10 to 35 degrees. Three settings of the convex cutting profile guarantee optimum sharpness for kitchen knives, outdoor knives and pocket knives alike. Two reference plates help maintain the correct angle and allow convenient, controlled sharpening with both hands.
