Wiley X Citadel Tactical Glasses - Captivate Grey/Matte Black

Tactical glasses with white frames, equipped with polycarbonate Selenite lenses, created using modern Captivate technology. The frames are made from lightweight and durable Triloid nylon. A system of interchangeable lenses allows for quick adaptation to current lighting conditions. Rubber contact points, nose pads, and temple tips increase stability and provide a secure fit during movement. The model performs its functions outdoors, in sunny weather, and under intense lighting.

The lenses are made from shatterproof polycarbonate Selenite and 100% protect the eyes from harmful solar radiation (UVA, UVB). They provide light transmission at a level of 17%. Lenses produced with Captivate technology even out the visible light spectrum, allowing light to be evenly dispersed. They maintain the natural color of colors while enhancing green. They reduce glare and increase contrast and color saturation in the outdoor environment, providing protection against harmful ultraviolet radiation UVA and UVB, as well as blue light (HEV).

The lenses feature an Oleophobic coating that prevents dust, dirt, oil, snow, and water from adhering, making them significantly easier to clean compared to standard lenses without a coating. The T-Shell coating protects against scratches.

Anatomically contoured frames and lenses of the glasses are created in HVP (High Velocity Protection) technology, which protects the eyes from injuries caused by objects moving at high speed. The frames are made from durable Triloid material, which is shaped to provide a proper fit without compromising comfort when using headphones or hearing protectors. Rubber, non-slip temple tips, and nose pad ensure stable placement of glasses on the face. Easily snap-on side shields meet the safety standard ANSI Z87.1+.

• ANSI Z87.1+ (High Velocity Protection) - according to this standard, the frames and visor can withstand the impact of a 6.35 mm diameter steel ball moving at a speed of 164.6 km/h (45 m/s)
• MIL-PRF 32432A - according to this standard, the frames and visor can withstand the impact of fragments at the speed of a steel fragment moving at approximately 768–796 km/h (or about 213–221 m/s without lens perforation and without detachment of elements that could injure the user.
