Very comfortable and solidly made tactical boots! The Pentagon Achilles Tactical XTR 6" perform excellently both in the field and for everyday use. They are comfortable from the very first wear, provide good ankle support, and effectively absorb shocks when walking on uneven surfaces. The Desert Tan version looks very attractive, and the build quality is of a high standard. Despite their sturdy construction, the boots remain pleasantly lightweight. Another plus is the free and express delivery from Militaria.pl. I highly recommend them!

I’m very satisfied with these shoes. They insulate well from the ground, are comfortable, and don’t feel heavy. I’ve been using them for about half a year now. On the downside, I noticed that after walking on wet grass, they started to let water in. I also agree with other reviews that your feet sweat in them, and later the shoes develop an unpleasant smell — I don’t have that problem with other shoes. Because of the comfort, I also bought the higher version of the same model. In that case, I would give only 1 star, because my legs hurt on slopes, and after getting soaked and drying out, the shoes completely stopped being suitable for walking and were hurting my feet after just a kilometer. In the higher version, I stood in water and at first they didn’t leak until the water came in over the top. Overall, I recommend the lower version for its comfort and because it keeps your feet warm in winter. The fact that your feet sweat in them and that they let water through matters less to me.

I recently bought these shoes and unfortunately I’m very disappointed. The size turned out to be wrong, and the shoes themselves are exceptionally uncomfortable—hard and stiff, which makes my foot sit badly in them. After just four hours of walking on dry terrain, I had to take them off because I couldn’t stand it any longer. At this price, I expected definitely better quality. Fortunately, I managed to resell them, so I didn’t have to deal with a return. A completely unsuccessful purchase; I do not recommend them.

Although I generally appreciate the Pentagon brand, I can’t recommend these boots, especially for longer-term use. It has to be said that they are very comfortable, lightweight, look good, and don’t let water in. Unfortunately, their major drawback is that your feet sweat a lot in them. I don’t normally have a problem with excessive foot sweating, and yet after just two hours, even while sitting, my feet are completely wet. In this respect, I was very disappointed, because at this price point such a flaw should not occur.

After almost four months of use, the membrane cracked not only at the toes, but also in other places, which caused a loss of waterproofing. Additionally, the loops for the laces have worn out. It's a shame the designer did not take into account the spots where the shoe most often bends – that's exactly where the membrane failed. Now these shoes are only good for dry days.

This is already my second pair of these shoes. The previous ones lasted seven years. Great footwear. The only downside is the lace loops, which sometimes break off. Fortunately, the cobbler was able to replace them with sturdy ones that didn’t break.

After a trip to the forest, my shoes got soaked with water. The route wasn't long—just 3 km. I've had them for three months, and they started to chafe my feet after the first walk, and now they have gotten this wet.

The shoes are durable and well-made. They work well during long walks and do not cause foot fatigue. I wear them both every day and during hikes. They are waterproof and the sole grips the ground well.
