Green transport case with an automatic pressure regulating valve, designed for the safe transportation and protection of equipment. The internal dimensions are 24.1 x 19.1 x 10.8 cm, which allows the transport of compact items, ensuring their stable arrangement and minimizing movement during transport.

The design was developed for use in demanding conditions, where resistance to mechanical damage and protection of equipment from external factors are critical.

The housing is made from impact-resistant HPX resin formed by injection molding. The material is highly resistant to mechanical damage, deformation, and environmental influences such as moisture, dust, and variable temperatures. The O-ring-sealed design meets the IP67 protection standard, which means complete protection against dust and resistance to immersion in water at a depth of up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with resilient shock-absorbing foam, which effectively dampens vibrations and protects the contents from mechanical damage. The structure of the inserts allows them to be tailored to the equipment's shape, enhancing stability and limiting movement during transport. This solution enables individual adaptation of the protection level to delicate equipment.

The edges of the case are rounded and additionally reinforced, which allows for more effective dissipation of impact energy and reduces the risk of damage to both the housing and contents. Hinges are mounted in reinforced structural zones, increasing their durability. This solution enhances the durability of the entire opening and closing mechanism.

All metal elements are made from stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term use in harsh conditions. The case has a buoyancy of up to 5.03 kg, allowing it to float with equipment of a total mass not exceeding this value.

The model is equipped with an automatic Vortex valve to equalize pressure between the inside of the case and the outside environment. This solution prevents the formation of a vacuum, which could hinder opening the case, for example, during air transport or use in a water environment. The valve operates automatically, without the need for user intervention, improving the convenience of handling the entire system.

The box is equipped with 2 Press&Pull latches located on the sides of the lid. The mechanism automatically locks upon closing, ensuring the seal and security of the transported contents. Opening occurs through a gentle press of the latch, allowing easy operation.

The design of the case allows for the use of a padlock to secure the contents from unauthorized access, both during transport and storage. The model features a single transport handle located at the top, enabling convenient and stable carrying.
