The inner part (grip side) and the upper part on the thumb and index finger are made of durable DuraHide leather, which provides high abrasion resistance. The upper part is made of breathable TrekDry® material, which reduces hand perspiration. The cuff is fastened with Velcro.
Protection for the palm, metacarpus, fingers, and knuckles is provided by D3O® material and panels made of TPR (Thermal Plastic Rubber, compliant with EN13594) - they work well as protection against abrasions and impacts of the hand against external elements. The division of the panels into segments allows for easy bending of the fingers.

The gloves meet the protective standard EN388 at level 4111XP in terms of resistance to mechanical risks, which means:
The scales specified in the EN388 standard define the level of glove protection: a value of 0 indicates no protection, while the highest values (4, 5) indicate the maximum level of resistance.
When testing using the TDM method (ISO 13997), letter markings are used, where A indicates the lowest level of protection and F the highest.
The X marking indicates that the given parameter was not tested or is not applicable. The P marking indicates that the glove meets the requirements for impact protection.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. I have used these gloves for shooting, photography, mountain climbing, and as summer motorcycle gloves, and they performed well in every situation. They are very comfortable, provide a secure grip, and offer great protection for the back of the hand. It is easy to pick up tiny objects with them, such as a BB pellet, load a magazine, or use a phone.
The gloves themselves are very comfortable, the back is durable, but the front wore out after just a month. They weren't used in tough conditions – it looks like the front might only last for one summer. Overall, it's not bad, but the front could be more durable.

Well-made Mechanix gloves. They have a strong black color and are very durable. They look good and at the range, you hardly feel them on your hands. Hands do not sweat quickly in them.
I previously had the version without leather protectors; these are very similar but much bulkier on the outside. It's harder to put them in your pocket or fold them, but they offer good finger protection (except the index finger), which really dampens and protects well, while still not hindering movement. The size is the same as in other Mechanix models. Using a phone is possible, but not easy. They have a better grip than other Mechanix gloves thanks to the leather surface. I recommend them; for me, they feel like a second skin.
Solid quality for a reasonable price. They work well both at the range and on the training ground. Even while wearing the gloves, you can feel the trigger well. I definitely recommend them.
