The set is well selected and provides a lot of energy for the whole day. Preparation is easy and quick, it's perfect for trips. I bought a few as a backup for my emergency backpack because they have a long shelf life, but I'll probably take them on a mountain holiday as well.

It's easier to transport than ready-made canned food, but it requires a bit more preparation before consumption. You have to give something to get something. In terms of quantity and taste, it's fine and completely satisfying within a day. Unfortunately, the two types of meal packages are only enough for a two-day hike; if the selection could be expanded to at least a seven-day option, it would help a lot.
