HMS DC31 Resistance Band Set

A set designed for performing advanced exercises targeting both upper and lower body muscle groups. It consists of: a pull-up bar, resistance bands, leg straps, carabiners, and a storage bag. Exercises using the pull-up bar increase mobility, improve range of motion in the joints, and enhance motor coordination. The pull-up bar is suitable for any type of workout, including rehabilitation.

Resistance bands with varying levels of resistance allow you to adjust the intensity of individual exercises.

The set includes round resistance bands, which, thanks to their closed loop design, are ideal for general fitness exercises and aerobic training.
