Great product! I regret not using such solutions earlier during training. Even regular push-ups become more challenging, and there are many possibilities and benefits of exercises. It is suitable for both beginners (for example, it helps my sons learn how to do pull-ups) and advanced users. A big advantage is the increasing resistance at the end of the movement. The promotional price is really attractive.

The bands are excellent. They are suitable for exercising, and because each of them has a different resistance – from the weakest to the strongest – you can adjust them to your needs. They are perfect. I sincerely recommend them and I'm waiting for them to be available again because I want to order another set.
