Kettlebell

Kettlebell is a type of weight used for strength training. In appearance it resembles a cannonball with a truncated bottom and handle. Regular workouts with kettlebells increase muscle strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, among other things. The kettlebell is becoming increasingly popular because of its versatile use in training. It can be used both in exercises at commercial gyms and at home.

Originally, kettlebells weights were used by Russian soldiers during military exercises, and over time they have moved into widespread use in strength sports. They will work well not only for static and strength exercises. Exercises with kettlebells develop speed, coordination, balance, endurance, and in the process also promote weight loss. In addition, which is especially important for people with sedentary jobs, proper exercises with weights stimulate and strengthen deep muscles. Improving the performance of deep muscles allows you to maintain proper posture, and what's more, reduces back pain. Kettlebell training will also work well for people (especially women, who want to maintain a slender figure, but without gaining muscle tissue.)

Exercising with kettlebell weights is not complicated, but it is worth following safety rules. First of all, low-weight weights are recommended for beginners, even if they can lift a heavier weight. For the first training sessions, it's worth focusing on developing the correct technique so that you don't make mistakes after switching to heavier kettlebell models. It's also worth focusing on posture, especially the back, which can be prone to strain and injury.

At MILITARY.EU you will find kettlebells of various weights and sizes. Beginners can look out for weights ranging from 4 to 10kg. Those familiar with such training will also find weights ranging from 12 to 24kg. Most of the available models are equipped with a rubber coating on the handle, which promotes a firm grip so that the weights will not slip out of your hand during exercise.
