It's hard to assess the quality right after purchase – I hope that a branded product will meet expectations. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the information provided by Carinthia – the technical data is imprecise. The manufacturer declares a weight of 1050 g and a pack size of 18x25 cm, which was very important to me – I wanted a sleeping bag lighter or smaller than the summer MON model, with a comparable temperature range. It turned out that the product is heavier and has larger packed dimensions than the manufacturer claims. The MON weighs 1200 g, and the Defence 1 Top Medium as much as 1300 g, even though the declarations state 1150 g. The size after compression is 20x34 cm instead of the promised 18x25 cm – even after strong compression, I can only achieve 19x30 cm. I wonder if the temperature ranges provided by the manufacturer are just as inaccurate... When buying an expensive product, I expect reliable specifications from the manufacturer.
