Carinthia D 600X Medium Sleeping Bag Left - Black
Durable sleeping bag in black, with a mummy-style construction, ensures a comfortable body position and freedom of movement during sleep. The outer layer is made of high-quality Shellproof Ultra material, while the interior is made of Shelltex Ultra fabric. The D 600X model is filled with 95/5 CQ-Down snow goose down. The version with the zipper on the left side in size M measures 215 x 77 x 50 cm.
Temperatures and conditions of use
The temperature range of the Carinthia D 600X sleeping bag was determined in accordance with ISO 23537-1/EN 13537:
- T-comfort: -5 degrees Celsius - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit: -12 degrees Celsius - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -32 degrees Celsius - the lowest temperature at which it is possible to survive in the sleeping bag. This is not a value recommended for standard use.
Shellproof Ultra and Shelltex Ultra material
The outer layer uses lightweight and durable Shellproof Ultra material with a Rip-Stop structure and polyurethane coating (PU), which limits moisture penetration into the sleeping bag and helps wick it to the outside. Inside, lightweight Shelltex Ultra fabric has been used, distinguished by high breathability and hydrophobic properties, which increases sleeping comfort. The special structure of the material also limits the escape of the natural filling to the outside.
G-Loft filling, 95/5 CQ-Down
The D 600X model is filled with 95/5 CQ-Down snow goose down, which stands out for its very low weight, very good thermal insulation, and high fill power of 600 cuin (cubic inches). The down has been placed in H-shaped chambers, which limit its movement and ensure even protection against the cold. The DIScover system (Dry Insulation System) protects the filling from moisture by using the sleeping bag’s outer construction. It limits the accumulation of condensed water vapor in the down, which helps maintain its thermal insulation properties.
Left-side zipper, Anti Snag system
The sleeping bag is equipped with a zipper placed on the left side that allows full opening. Thanks to the Anti Snag system, the material does not get caught in the zipper. A velcro flap located at the top of the zipper prevents it from opening during sleep. Inside there is a small pouch for small items.
Integrated hood for protection against the cold
The built-in hood in the sleeping bag increases thermal protection by covering the head and reducing heat loss in low temperatures. Its shape also creates an additional barrier against wind and moisture.
Convenient transport and storage
When packed, the sleeping bag takes up little space, making transport and storage easier. The packed dimensions are 20 x 21 cm, and the weight is just 1000 g, so carrying it does not place a heavy burden on your luggage.

It combines waterproofing and windproofing with breathability, allowing wicking away of moisture and the passage of gases without the need to open the ventilation holes. Oxygen and CO2 can freely pass through the material, ensuring comfort and effective insulation. An additional advantage is the second, detachable outer layer, which allows for quick removal of water or ice accumulating between the layers.
