A sleek EDC pocket knife tailored for sailors, featuring essential tools for handling ropes and fittings on the deck.
The partially serrated blade crafted from 4116 stainless steel is perfect for cutting ropes and strings. Its built-in shackle opener and knot pusher enhance its utility on board. It opens with a nail cutout, and the slipjoint mechanism provides stability during operation.
For added robustness, strong rivets are preferred over screws. In daily use, the steel tip-up clip is effective, enabling attachment to a pocket or belt. A large eyelet at the handle's end allows for a carabiner or safety line.
The handle is engraved with the cross symbol and the inscription “Die Seenotretter” (The Sea Rescue Service).
