Wiley X® protective glasses are designed for users operating in demanding environments – whether in military service, extreme sports, or outdoor activities. Thanks to years of collaboration between the brand and the US Army, the product combines high durability with reliability in harsh conditions.
The durable frames and lenses are made using HVP™ (High Velocity Protection) technology, which effectively shields against fast-moving particles and fragments. They are constructed from multi-layer Selenite™ polycarbonate, reinforced with a T-SHELL™ coating that protects against scratches. The whole unit is exceptionally lightweight – only 35 grams.
The product exceeds American standards ANSI Z87.1 and ANSI Z80.3, and also meets the strict MIL-PRF-32432(GL) ballistic standard. The lenses offer full protection from UVA and UVB radiation, making them a great choice for long-term sun exposure.
The black, low-profile frame is compatible with NVG night vision goggles, does not limit the field of view, and eliminates tunnel vision. The material maintains its properties even at elevated temperatures.
User comfort is enhanced by the modern "TAKE-FLIGHT" nose bridge, which automatically adjusts to different nose shapes, ensuring stability and wearing comfort. Prescription inserts can also be mounted.
