A general-purpose kitchen knife with a 20 cm blade made of durable Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and does not react with food. The smooth blade ensures precise and easy cutting. The handle is made of non-slip G10 laminate and ergonomically shaped for comfortable use. The design is the work of Polish knife designer Ostap Hel.
Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, satin finish
The Drop-Point blade is made of Sandvik 14C28N steel, which is characterised by good edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. A hardness of 58–60 HRC guarantees a good balance between strength and resistance to dulling. The blade has a flat grind and a thickness of 2.1 mm, which translates into excellent cutting properties. The satin finish gives the blade a semi-matte appearance.
Ergonomic handle made of G10 laminate
The green handle scales are made of durable G10 laminate with non-slip properties. This material is highly resistant to abrasion and cracking and ensures a stable grip even in wet conditions.
