This is one of the best, if not the best, supplements for supporting night-time recovery. It has a complete composition and works really well. It doesn't help you fall asleep, but it makes your sleep more effective. You can sleep for a shorter time, yet the sleep will still be deeper. Overall, I recommend it – remember that its effectiveness is what counts, not the taste, which is probably its only drawback.

A high-quality comprehensive dietary supplement from Trec containing melatonin, D-aspartic acid (DAA), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), plant extracts of valerian, lemon balm, amino acids and minerals. Sleep-er has been supplemented with zinc, which helps maintain proper testosterone levels in the blood, and magnesium, which contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness. In addition, it contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Sleep-er by Trec is recommended for hard-training athletes and people experiencing intense physical or mental fatigue who do not fully regenerate during sleep. The ingredients in the product with calming effects, increase melatonin levels and improve the nocturnal distribution of growth hormone.
How to use:
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 9 g (1.5 scoops) in 150-200 ml of water. Use 1 serving per day, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.

The price is quite high, but it's really an effective supplement for sleep. It contains many ingredients that positively influence sleep quality and the body's recovery. Once again, Trec has released a supplement with an excellent composition.
