Flat double-sided ceramic sharpener made of aluminum oxide, which is lightweight and versatile.
It provides a combination of stones of two gradations. Medium Grit 303M with a gradation of Medium Grit (600), used to quickly restore sharpness to slightly dulled knives. A fine-grained 303F with a gradation of Fine Grit (1800) for polishing and edge finishing. It is convenient to carry due to its compact size.
A leather case is included to protect the stone from damage.
