I put these insoles instead of the standard ones because I wanted a bit more comfort for long walks. You can feel the difference: it's softer under the heel and arch, the foot lies more evenly, and in the evening my feet are less "buzzing". Another plus is that they absorb moisture well, so the shoes don't get wet inside as quickly. There's one nuance I noticed: if the shoes are already a tight fit, with the new insoles they might feel tighter, especially in the toe area. It took me the first couple of days to get used to it because the fit changed a bit. Also, you need to trim them carefully if the size doesn't fit perfectly, otherwise the edge starts to curl up. Overall, the insoles are worth the money, especially if you walk a lot or your shoes are a bit stiff out of the box.
