Double pulley with aluminum sheaves. Manufactured by the renowned French brand Petzl. Equipped with self-lubricating bearings with high efficiency.
The Petzl Tandem block was created primarily for use on tyroleans, but it can also be used as a double block in a winch. It should be used with polyamide ropes up to 13 mm in diameter. Up to 3 carabiners can be clipped into the block for easier maneuvering.
The maximum permitted speed of descent on the tyrolean is 10 m/s.
The pulley has CE IN 12278 and UIAA safety certifications.
