I haven't noticed any problems with the torch. The batteries are installed correctly. I bought it for a rifle with a RIS mount. The torch with the mount is a bit heavier than the version for the pistol.

Lightweight and handy torch equipped with XPE2-R3 LED for a maximum light output of 250 lumens.
The body is made of lightweight and durable aluminum alloy in black. The rough texture keeps the torch from slipping out of your hand.
The torch is equipped with three light modes (high, low and strobe), and is powered by a 18650 rechargeable battery (not included). Two 16340 rechargeable batteries or two CR123 batteries can be used as replacements.
A metal clip bolted to the housing allows you to hook the torch to your belt, pocket edge or gear strap. There is a hole on the torch's foot that allows you to hook a lanyard or safety line.

I disagree with the previous reviewer. I inserted two CR123A batteries and they are not loose; the torch works stably. There are three lighting modes available: strong, weak, and strobe.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this product. When using two CR123 batteries, the batteries are loose and move inside the torch, which, even with a light shake (especially when running with the torch on a replica), causes the light intensity and mode to change by themselves.
