Helikon UTP PolyCotton Stretch Rip-Stop Trousers - Desert Night Camo
Tactical pants UTP (Urban Tactical Pants) made from high-quality PolyCotton Stretch Rip-Stop fabric with a weight of 220 g/m2. This fabric is highly resistant to abrasion and tearing, ensuring long-term use. With a well-thought-out arrangement of numerous pockets, the pants are suitable for both urban environments and outdoor activities.
Durable PolyCotton Stretch material, hard-wearing lining and Rip-Stop weave
The PolyCotton Stretch fabric with a grammage of 220 g/m2 consists of breathable cotton (50%), durable polyester (48%) and elastane (2%). It provides a great fit while being resistant to mechanical damage, and is also lighter and dries faster compared to fully cotton materials.
The reinforced Rip-Stop weave, with thicker threads forming a mesh, protects the fabric from further damage in case of a hole or tear.
12 functional pockets and compartments for protective inserts
The trousers have 12 pockets:
- two classic hip pockets with reinforced edges
- four thigh pockets (two wide zipped and two narrow ones with hook and loop fastener)
- four back pockets (two wide and two narrow, placed inside the wide ones)
- two inner pockets in the crotch area, ideal for a tactical torch or spare magazine
There are compartments at knee height, which allow protective inserts to be inserted.
Velcro for adjusting the width, elastic band and loops for accoutrements
A wide velcro replaces the traditional button, allowing for 6 cm of adjustment. A stretchy band sewn into the waistband ensures a better fit. Two front loops have been equipped with additional loops that allow you to attach a carabiner, for example.

camouflage Desert Night Camo
Desert Night Camo (DNC) is a specialized camouflage pattern developed by the US Army in the 1980s for night operations in desert areas. Designed to be layered over other uniforms, it was mainly used during Operation Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf. The pattern consists of a grid-like arrangement of dark green squares and crosses on an olive-green background. Its main purpose was to disrupt early generations of enemy night vision devices. While it proved moderately effective in practice at suppressing images in night vision devices, it was an innovative approach to night camouflage.
