Really great trekking trousers, they are comfortable, stretchy and have two brilliant extra narrow back pockets - perfect for a phone. In size L there is no short version, but shortening the legs is not a problem. A zip in one of the pockets would be useful, but oh well.

Helikon Trekking Tactical Pants VersaStretch - Taiga Green
Green trekking pants made from durable fabric using 4-Way Elastic technology, allowing stretch in all directions. The fabric dries quickly, retains its shape, and is lightweight and breathable. The addition of Teflon increases resistance to dirt and stains.
six practical pockets
The pants feature 6 pockets:
- 2 traditional mesh hip pockets with reinforced edges
- 4 rear pockets (two wide mesh pockets and two narrow ones below)
adjustable Velcro, elastic tape, belt loops with loops
Instead of a traditional button, the pants have a wide Velcro fastener allowing adjustment up to 6 cm. An elastic band sewn into the waistband enhances fit comfort. The front belt loops are equipped with additional loops for attaching items like a carabiner.

This is probably my fourth pair of trousers from this series, but the first in a new colour. I am satisfied. A big plus is the wide range of sizes, including long and short versions, making it easy to choose the right trousers. They are lightweight, stretchy and breathable. I have already tried previous models many times during trips to the mountains or forests. I recommend both the product itself and the shop.

At first, I was worried they would look like tracksuit bottoms, but they’re not bad at all. They’re even suitable for work if needed, and are excellent outdoors. Comfortable, flexible and so far very durable. A huge plus is how easy they are to clean. The trousers are definitely worth the price and highly recommendable.

Very good trousers – comfortable, carefully made. Stains hardly appear, and although they rustle a bit when walking, that’s natural with this type of material, which seems really sturdy. I recommend buying them.

The material is of great quality, elastic and well breathable. I tested them during a four-day trip to the mountains. Even when it was very hot, I didn't feel excessively sweaty. The pockets are deep and you can adjust the waistband a bit with Velcro.

Very good cut and material, solid workmanship. Space for knee pads and with a small modification, Helikon fit well. I recommend them.

Fantastic trousers. They adapt perfectly to every movement. They protect against the wind and retain heat well. They’re hard to get dirty, and if they do, they can be quickly cleaned with a damp cloth. The only downside is a rustling when moving, but that’s a characteristic of the material. Apart from that, they have only advantages, such as reinforcements in critical areas and practical side pockets. I’m so pleased that I plan to buy another pair, this time in grey.

Although they seem fitted, they are very comfortable and stretchy, and do not restrict freedom of movement. The colour is classic, suitable for any occasion.
