The pouch is well made, but it has a significant flaw. The CAT gen.7 tourniquet does not fit lengthwise if folded as per the manufacturer's instructions. To be able to close the case, you have to fold the tourniquet differently.

The pouch designed to conveniently carry a tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet or items of similar dimensions. It was made of durable and damage-resistant Cordura.
Access to the contents is provided by a Velcro flap equipped with a handle made of non-slip material, which allows you to quickly open the pouch. An elastic welt is responsible for holding the load firmly. Two loops have been sewn on the side, allowing to carry a small marker used to mark the stasis after it is put on.
The pouch is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. In addition, it can be mounted on a belt up to 45 mm wide, both horizontally and vertically.
