Comfortable and look good. Very practical thanks to the large number of pockets, adjustable waist and the possibility of inserting knee pads. The trousers are very durable. If the option is available, I will buy another pair.

Helikon SFU trousers are a solid choice – they are durable and quite breathable. The material protects effectively against tears. The cut is fairly loose, so pay attention to sizing, as they may turn out larger than expected.

I give 5 stars, but I have to say that the trousers are quite thick and heavy. For me, they didn't work so well in warmer months because the legs get sweaty quickly. I also managed to get the size right only on the second attempt.

It’s a pity this model is no longer manufactured and only what’s left in the shop is available. I had to buy the Long version because those were the last pieces left. The trousers are very solid and durable, I’ve had them for almost three years. I use them every day at work in security and consider them among the best I’ve had.

Helikon SFU Next Olive Green trousers are comfortable, durable and practical thanks to many pockets. Unfortunately, the size turned out to be too wide, I had to exchange for a smaller one. Otherwise, the workmanship and comfort in the field are flawless.

Very good and comfortable trousers. They're a bit wide, so I decided to narrow them from the thigh down, but that's just a matter of taste. I’ve been using them for over half a year and haven't noticed any wear and tear on the material or seams.

Helikon is a class of its own – I’ve been wearing another model for 3 years and there’s no sign of wear. This specific model stands out for the huge number of capacious pockets and straps – a canteen easily fits in the large pockets.

In terms of the number of pockets, these trousers would be fine, except that apart from the cargo pockets, the rest are very tight. I usually put my hands in my pockets when I'm cold, but here I have to struggle a lot to fit my hand in (and I don’t have wide hands). That’s the biggest minus for me. On the plus side, the material is decent – I've fallen a few times and there are no scratches on my legs. The extra layers in the crotch and knees provide good insulation – even when sitting on a stone on a cold day, you don’t feel the cold. The knees are reinforced so you can get on your knees for a few metres without discomfort. The trousers have space for pads, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, if you have very long legs, the pads move around when kneeling and don’t protect the knees perfectly, although standing up the leg length is fine. I also like the waist adjustment – I don’t need a belt, and the plastic D-rings keep the loops in good condition for a long time. All in all, for an expedition I'd probably choose a different model, but for shorter outings in the woods these trousers work well. Cheers!

Trousers in size S (173 cm/81 kg). The material is pleasant, the cut is rather wide, more suitable for autumn and winter, might be too warm for summer. Quality as always from Helikon – superb. Bought on promotion, I recommend.
