Great first aid kit – it's small, yet it fits a lot. You can pack all the necessary items. The attachment system is very practical, and as always with Helikon, the quality is very high. Highly recommended.

For some time I had been looking for a larger first aid kit, as my current pouch from Very was starting to wear out. The Helikon Mini seemed a bit expensive at its regular price, but I was tempted during a promotion when it cost less than 43 zloty. I initially stocked it as follows: on the left side I placed 2 pairs of gloves, small scissors, a few adhesive dressings, safety pins, an alcohol-soaked swab, and 2 vials of saline solution (5 ml each); on the right side there’s a mouthpiece, 2 bandages 8 cm wide, three 5x5 cm compresses, one 6x4 cm compress and a tampon. There’s also enough room for an emergency blanket, and there’s still a bit of space left, so maybe I’ll add tweezers? For now, I carry the kit in my backpack or on my bike pannier. I haven’t mounted it on the outside yet. The pouch from Very remains with me for cases when I don’t take my backpack and don’t have anywhere to store the Helikon kit.

The Helikon Mini Med Kit Red is a great compact first aid kit – it's lightweight, durable, and very functional. Made of strong nylon, it has two internal compartments, a Velcro panel, and a carabiner, which makes it convenient to use. It doesn't come with supplies, but it works very well as a base you can customise to your own needs.

Small, yet fits a lot of things. Thanks to the practical pockets, it’s easy to organise the contents. It works great in a backpack. I always have it with me because you never know when it might come in handy.

When I unpacked the parcel, I was a bit surprised because the first aid kit seemed very compact. However, after opening it, it turned out that despite its small size you can easily fit all the basic equipment inside.

Small, yet very spacious – all the necessary medications for a man just before forty fit easily for business trips: contact lenses, two blister packs of tablets, eye drops, and there's even room left for other (hopefully unnecessary) medicines in case of illness. I definitely recommend this first aid kit!

Small and designed for two MOLLE straps. I bought it with a Vera insert for 40 zloty, but it probably won't fit everything without spilling some contents out when opening. I managed to sensibly pack quite a lot: plasters, two individual dressings, a supporting band, two compresses, a soaked wipe, a dressing scarf, smaller scissors and tweezers. The rest, like a rescue blanket, I keep in my backpack.

The first aid kit attaches well to a backpack. It's small and quite spacious, although its size doesn't allow for storing a large amount of things, which is understandable due to its compact nature. The reflective patch on velcro is a great addition. Overall, I recommend this product.

Small first aid kit you can attach to your belt. I fit several pairs of nitrile gloves, plasters, two bandages, moist gauze, folding rescue knife, and there’s still a bit of space left. Perfect for basic items you should always have with you.

Great product for a reasonable price. The first aid kit is made from good materials and is well thought-out. There are zipped compartments inside. You can easily attach it to the outside or inside of a backpack.

Solidly made and spacious for such a small first aid kit. Thanks to the straps you can attach it to a vest, belt or backpack. Access to the inside is very easy. Worth having.

In my opinion, it's the best compact first aid kit I have ever had. Despite its small size, you can fit a lot inside. The extra advantage is you can carry it on your belt or with the molle system on your backpack. Perfect as a kit for hiking in the mountains.
