Great quality hat, I bought another one in a different colour to match my Yukon jacket. It's very warm but at the same time breathable, so my head doesn't sweat. The ears have a double layer of material. I've tested it and it worked brilliantly.

Great cap, it has already worked well during cold days. The size is right. The price may be higher, but it is justified by the quality. Shopping at Militaria.pl, as usual, is very satisfying.

This is one of the best winter hats I own – it is very warm and the Earth Brown colour goes great with green clothing. I especially appreciate the ability to turn it up and create a double layer over the ears. Highly recommended!

I bought the cap a week ago, but I can already rate it very positively – the winter weather (January 2026) has made itself felt by everyone, as winter arrived suddenly. The cap provides excellent protection in frosts around -13°C and during strong winds, when the perceived temperature drops even to -20°C. I wear it every day, as my job requires me to go outside frequently, including to less urbanised areas. The material of the cap is exceptionally pleasant to the touch and greatly improves comfort while wearing it. I chose the colour deliberately because I am a big fan of Helikon’s brown/clay shade.

The hat is really very high quality, sturdy and warm. I bought it as a gift for my husband, he likes it. Delivery took a bit long, but this is probably due to the festive winter period.

Great hat for colder days. It works well in low temperatures, even below 10 degrees. During physical activity, you don't feel humid because it wicks sweat well. The material is pleasant to the touch, does not irritate the scalp, and allows it to breathe, which increases comfort. It is slightly airy, which I consider an advantage. Indoors, the head heats up quickly, which proves good insulation. The wool content, even 50%, makes a difference.

This is already my second hat from this collection, this time I chose the green version. The previous black one worked great. The hat is warm and at the same time wicks moisture well. The most important thing is that it doesn't stretch out. I haven't washed it yet, but you can already see it won't pill or fade. It's one of the best hats I've had so far.

The price does not match the quality, because there are no signs that it contains merino wool. The hat may be suitable for winter in milder climates, e.g. in Portugal, where temperatures start from 16°C. In our conditions, where at 0-1°C and wind around 20 km/h it easily lets in the wind and with a perceived temperature of -5°C it gets cold, even if the hat is double-layered. Only with the hood from the jacket does it cope well. I would recommend it rather for autumn or spring.
