The Universal Camouflage Pattern adorns the elastic polyester tape, used by line troops in regions such as Iraq and Afghanistan. With a combination of small pixel-like spots, the silhouette is effectively broken and blends into the colour background of the surroundings.
It can be used to camouflage airsoft replicas, nature observation binoculars, or hunting equipment.
The tape length is 2.7 meters, and its width is 5 cm.

UCP Camouflage
UCP (Universal Camouflage Pattern) is a digital camouflage pattern introduced in the early 21st century, replacing the US Woodland and Desert patterns. It combines masking functions in diverse environments such as forested, desert, or urban, hence it includes shades of green, beige, and grey. The layout of spots is modelled on MARPAT, and the pastel, low-contrast color scheme generates a pixel-like micro-pattern, which effectively blends into the surroundings at short range, while from a greater distance it forms a uniform silhouette. UCP demonstrated high infrared effectiveness, which contributed to its adoption; however, it was ultimately replaced by the OCP camouflage based on the MultiCam pattern.

Big plus for the colour and properties. The tape is reusable, and despite the higher price, it is worth choosing. Cheaper substitutes are often not as good, especially for improving masking or repeated use. There's no such problem with Helikon's product.

The tape is worth recommending. Thick yet flexible material. Excellent self-adhesive properties – it does not peel off or curl even after several uses. If the surface is not greasy, it fits shapes well.
