Helikon Lumber Gloves - U.S. Brown

At this price, it's rather a poor joke. The workmanship, especially the seams, leaves much to be desired. I expected a higher price due to the 'vibe', but in reality, disposable gloves from the supermarket are a better option.

The gloves are excellent and exactly as described. The colour looks nicer than in the photos. A carabiner to attach the gloves to your belt or gear is included in the set. They look elegant, so they're suitable for everyday wear, not just outdoors. Well worth the price.

I'm just back from a three-day trip to the forest, during which I tested the new gloves – they look nice and it's easy to handle a knife and an axe in them. Very well made. However, I had similar feelings when wearing cheaper leather gloves from a DIY store.

The gloves are comfortable, well-fitted and pleasant to wear. The sizing matches the description. I deduct one star for the seams on the fingers – most are fine, but some are very thick and one runs straight down the middle of the fingernail.

I bought the gloves for outdoor activities and horse riding – they work great for both. Compared to others at this price, the quality is much better. The only drawback is the little finger is too long (maybe I have unusual hands). Also, the colour has a bit of a cherry brown shade, not the classic one, but you can easily fix this with some leather grease or polish. Despite that, I highly recommend them.

I value Helikon, especially recently for their bags and shirts, but unfortunately this time the product disappointed me. The leather comes from different sources – some parts are smooth, others are wrinkled. The seams between the fingers are unusual. The gloves are uncomfortable and do not hold their shape. There is no lining, and the colour is uneven and different from that in the pictures.

The gloves are sturdy and fulfil their function.

Good quality gloves that fit the hand very well – just like the previous Ranger Winter gloves I bought from Helikon.

The gloves are made of very good quality leather, and the quality is high. The colour in reality is more reddish than dark brown – I hope it will darken over time. Note: according to the size chart, they should have been too large, but they turned out to be perfect (hand 21 cm long and 10 cm wide, measured as per Helikon's instructions). Overall, I'm very satisfied!

The only drawback is the average stitching, but otherwise everything is fine.
