I am buying them again and probably not for the last time. They are excellent for military boots – proven up to -5°C. I don’t know how they hold up after a few days of walking, but for 1-2 days in the field they are completely sufficient.

Excellent socks for cold days – they provide warmth and comfort for your feet. Soft, high, and thick. Paired with good footwear, they insulate and wick away moisture well even at sub-zero temperatures. It's really hard to find anything better at this price, I recommend them.

Warm and comfortable, but the material started to pill after the first washes. They are not as warm as some cheaper competitor socks. Worth it on promotion, but at regular price you can find better alternatives.

The socks are very warm. They have a comfortable, non-tightening cuff and reinforcements on the heel. Excellent quality as always with Helikon. The only downside is the length – they could be about 2 cm longer, but that also depends on your height, so it doesn't affect my rating.
