Overall, it's an excellent choice both for soldiers and for city use. Inside, there are two compartments, each with a strap to secure the contents from falling out. You can't fit a lot in there, BUT the best kit for this first aid pouch would be: compressed gauze in one compartment, and plasters, Tribiotic gel, and alcohol wipes in the other – only these four items really make sense. In terms of size, it fits perfectly into a calf pocket of a uniform as well as the front and back pockets of jeans, it doesn’t stick out and you can wear it like a phone. I’m taking one star off because the side pocket isn’t closed and both it and its contents get dirty very quickly due to contact with clothing, sand, and dust. As additional equipment for a main first aid kit for trips into the field or city, it’s very useful, but if you want to store anything more than the items suggested above – the m-tac city Med pouch would be better, which unfortunately bulges out a lot after packing in compressed gauze, and it’s the same with tools. Only thin items fit in this pouch. In this case, you don't have to worry about the contents getting dirty.
